Welcome to Studio 805
Studio 805 is a boutique, luxury portrait studio in Redondo Beach. It’s an inviting, cozy space filled with natural light pouring in through high, south facing windows - perfect for portrait and small product photography. It can also be used with strobe lighting and backdrops for more dramatic, stylized photography. We opened Studio 805 in September 2019 and fell in love with the space, the location, the light; and now it’s available to limited outside rentals.

Rent the Studio
Studio 805 is an intimate 660 sq ft space with a back area for storage and changing and brand new flooring in the main, 400 sq ft shooting area with an abundance of natural light.
The studio also includes:
Ample parking lot space for you and your guests
Bright white painted brick, walls and white ceilings
High ceilings
White, light diffusing window coverings on front “wall” of windows
A seamless paper backdrop wall
black/white V-Flats
Convertible makeup and hair station / refreshments cart
Full length, movable mirror
Dedicated bathroom in-house
Rolling clothing Rack with hangers and back area for dressing
Mini fridge / Coffee maker / Clothing Steamer
Various furniture / props / apple boxes for posing
Background stands / C-stands / clamps / gaffer’s tape
Portable 4' folding plastic work table
Wifi
Please note: Strobe lighting is currently not available for rent, please plan to bring your own lighting if not utilizing the natural light.
Smoking (and use of smoke machines) is not allowed in the studio.
Pets are not allowed in the studio.

Rates and Memberships
Studio Rental and Annual Memberships are limited to professional photographers with proof of liability insurance and are subject to approval.
Hourly and Daily Rates
Two hour minimum required.
Set up & break down/clean up time
must be included in the total booked hours.

All new users and renters must complete an orientation prior to rental.
Memberships are subject to approval.
